University students from the Nordic countries can apply to attend a Nordkurs course in languages and culture that equal 10 ECTS credits at BA level. The courses are held every year at different universities in the Nordic countries between May and August. The duration of the course is 3-4 weeks.

University students who are studying at an Icelandic university can apply to attend free of charge, excluding board and lodging and travel expenses. See more information on the Nordkurs website.
